In Spring of 2023, BUILD students constructed a shed. This small but complex structure was an excellent hands-on project for BUILD students to learn all that’s involved with the planning, design, and materials required for a project like a shed. Most of importantly, BUIILD students practiced the foundational skills needed for careers in construction.

BUILD instructor Jessica Borland partnered with Seniors for Students to help build the last 10 desks of the 300 desk project; this was the final project for the year for the BUILD students.
