“SHED-uaction” at WHS

In Spring of 2023, BUILD students constructed a shed. This small but complex structure was an excellent hands-on project for BUILD students to learn all that’s involved with the planning, design, and materials required for a project like a shed. Most of importantly, BUIILD students practiced the foundational skills needed for careers in construction.

New Drill Press Sees Action

Putting the drill press to good use.  Night and day drilling straight holes with the drill press then using a handheld drill – where we often had to do a few “modifications” to get the cornhole boards’ legs working just right.
